Self Hate from the very beginning was mainly the group of friends (but probably none of us remembre the time we started- in our point of view we've played since always) and despite some personal changes we were always just a good crew.
All of the people that played in Self Hate through those years ( Kafel, Janek. Karaś, Rzeczy, Fragles, Wilku, Mietła) had important influence on our music and, from some point of view, Self Hate also had influence on them.

At our records that we produced till now - "At The Beginning..." (CD and MC),"Reality"(Ep) (and also at some international CDs at which we appear with various groups) we've always tried to achive total "weight", and special speed (100% of Grind Core).

After short brake (caused by personal changes - Koval [git.] and Abażur [dr.] ) we came back on the stage. Self Hate is still the group of crazy maniacs fascinated by playing and creating extreme kinds of Grind Core.

The beginning of 2008 brings next changes in our band. Lately many changes occured. After many years Zwierzak took leave of our team. Our new vocalist is Qboot (ex Toxic Bonkers).

If somebody's prefering modern, brutal, hard and ultra fast GC. (something like: Napalm Death, Assuck, Phobia, Nasum...) + good fun at the stage, we invite to our concerst.


We play everywhere people want us, only for travel costs, few beers and vega food.
